Story Master's Survival Guide

Would you be able to survive after the world was destroyed by nuclear weapons or a natural disaster? I know I would have difficulty. I have never hunted and the site of blood makes me sick. I tried once to grow a garden but only managed to get a large section of mud in my back yard. I was not in the boy scouts as a kid and have never taken any survival course. If all that is true, what makes me qualified to write a survival guide? Umm, I can't think of one. Maybe I should add a sub title to it that says "by a man who won't survive the disaster."
